RETURNS POLICY

We really hope you love your product, however if you are not happy with your order you can request a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order. Custom products or digital downloads are not eligible for refunds.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it's original condition and packaging. To initiate a refund, please email us at papercovedesignco@gmail.com. Please provide your name, order number and the email address that was used to place the order along with the reason for your return request. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of your returned goods.
